The Museum of La Rioja is located in the palace of Espartero in Logroño since 1971. It is baroque construction of the XVIII century. Museum houses paintings and sculptures from the XII centuries to the XIX, although there is also a section dedicated to ethnography, and another to contemporary art. There are tables of San Millan, dated by the fourteenth century. Museum also has wood carvings (as a Coronation of the Virgin Gothic), paintings, antique furniture and archaeological finds.
